Job Summary

We are actively seeking organized, process-driven leaders to run our store's inventory flow. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead the product flow team, managing truck unloads, planogram executions, and digital order fulfillment. You will serve as the logistical backbone of the store, delivering the signature efficiency that sets Best Buy apart in the electronics retail industry. This is a highly active role perfect for those who love logistics and leading a hard-working team.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Product Flow: Direct the unloading of white-goods trucks (appliances) and brown-goods trucks (electronics), ensuring high-value merchandise is secured immediately.
• Omnichannel Fulfillment: Oversee the "pick, pack, and ship" process, ensuring digital orders and curbside pickups are fulfilled within strict time metrics.
• Merchandising Execution: Manage the team responsible for weekly planogram updates, setting up new vendor displays, and ensuring accurate pricing tags across the store.
• Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts, manage the returns/open-box process, and ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 1 to 2 years of retail inventory, warehousing, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
