Job Summary

We are actively seeking observant, friendly, and tech-comfortable individuals to join our Front Store team. As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will be trained to monitor multiple registers simultaneously, troubleshooting errors and assisting guests with scanning their wellness items. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Active Hosting: Greet customers as they enter the front of the store, directing them to open self-checkout registers and managing the queue during peak rushes.
• Transaction Assistance: Step in proactively to help customers scan ExtraCare cards, apply digital coupons, and look up items that lack barcodes.
• Intervention & Troubleshooting: Respond rapidly to machine alerts, clear paper jams, and execute ID verifications for age-restricted items (like cough medicine).
• Asset Protection Support: Maintain a vigilant presence, ensuring all items in a customer's basket are properly scanned before they bag them and exit the store.
