Job Summary
We are actively seeking tech-savvy, process-driven leaders to join our store operations team. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will help oversee the receiving dock, warehouse organization, and digital fulfillment (web pick-up) teams. - Fulfillment Operations: Drive the efficiency of the Web Order team, ensuring that "Buy Online, Pick Up In Store" orders are picked accurately and staged within 18 minutes.
- Inventory Auditing: Assist in cycle counts, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing, and investigating systemic inventory discrepancies to reduce shrink.
