Job Summary

We are actively seeking empathetic, patient, and highly organized individuals to join our frontline support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to manage complex returns, special orders, and tool rentals. You will serve as an escalation point, delivering the signature resolution that sets The Home Depot apart in the home improvement industry. This is a dynamic, engaging role for individuals who thrive on helping others build their dreams.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to inquiries at the front desk, processing returns, exchanges, and defective merchandise claims accurately.
• Order Fulfillment: Support our Pro and DIY customers by locating and processing "Buy Online, Pick Up In Store" (BOPIS) orders efficiently.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the immediate problem solver for basic needs. You will navigate pricing discrepancies, manage interpersonal conflicts, and accommodate contractor requests with empathy.
• Register Support: Execute precise cash handling, issue store credit, and provide backup checkout support during busy weekend rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications
