- Talent Strategy: Act as the chief talent officer for the area, managing the succession pipeline, interviewing management candidates, and facilitating leadership training.
- Initiative Execution: Roll out new corporate initiatives, ensuring 100% execution across all locations and providing feedback to corporate teams on local market challenges.
