Job Summary

We are seeking highly organized, administratively strong professionals to step into the Training Coordinator role. You will manage training schedules, facilitate learning modules, and audit store-wide compliance. You will serve as the educational anchor of your location, delivering the signature reliability that sets Shaw's apart in the grocery industry. This role demands a leader who can balance administrative desk work with active floor engagement.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Coordinate with department managers to schedule floor associates for required training sessions without disrupting daily business operations.
• LMS Administration: Maintain accurate records within the corporate Learning Management System, tracking course completions and upcoming certification expirations.
• Material Preparation: Prepare training rooms, print workbooks, and ensure all digital presentation equipment is functioning prior to onboarding classes.
• Safety Audits: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure that training principles (like proper lifting techniques and food safety protocols) are being applied on the floor.

Requirements & Qualifications
