Job Summary
We are actively seeking highly athletic, fast-moving, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Fulfillment team. As a Fulfillment Expert, you will navigate the entire store to fulfill digital orders. You will serve as the engine of our digital growth, delivering the signature speed and accuracy that sets Target apart in the omnichannel retail industry. - Packing & Staging: Bag orders neatly and efficiently, staging them in designated hold locations (coolers, freezers, or dry shelves) for the Guest Service team to retrieve.
- Inventory Collaboration: Communicate with department experts to locate hard-to-find items in the backroom before canceling any part of a guest's order.
