Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, incredibly efficient, and team-oriented individuals to join our night crew. As an Overnight Stocker, you will be responsible for unloading trailers and packing out heavy pet food, litter, and hardgoods. You will serve as the logistical backbone, delivering the signature visual abundance that sets PetSmart apart in the pet retail industry. This is a highly physical role perfect for night owls, offering premium pay to reward your dedication.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Heavy Lifting: Safely offload and stack 40 to 50-pound bags of dog food, cat litter, and large crates onto pallets and rolling U-boats.
• Aisle Merchandising: Work as a coordinated team to pack out the aisles quickly, utilizing handheld scanners for inventory accuracy and ensuring First-In-First-Out rotation for perishables.
• Visual Setup: Follow basic corporate planograms to arrange endcaps, pet beds, and seasonal toys attractively on the shelves.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard, operating the industrial baler safely and leaving the aisles completely clear for morning shoppers.
